• Are you able to source any pre-owned deisgner item?

No, we typically receive these items as trade-ins so we can't promise when, or if, we'll have a certain style, color, or size in stock.

• How does your pricing work?

Prices vary based on condition, current demand, original retail, and if the item comes with papers and/or box.

• Do you have additional items at your store?

No, all items are added online once we have professionally cleaned and polished them.

• Can I be added to a waitlist?

If an item you are interested in has already been sold, you can add yourself to the waitlist. Click on the product, enter your email, then click "notify me". We'll reach out if the item comes back into stock. We do not have a current waitlist for items in colors or sizes that are not listed online.

• What Cartier size am I?

We recommend that you are sized at Cartier prior to purchasing any pre-owned piece. Sizing varies by style. You can also use Cartier's sizing guide for bracelets found here.  

• What is your return policy?

All pre-owned designer is FINAL SALE unless the information provided in the item's description does not match the product that you purchased.
