Return and Exchange Policy

NATURAL DIAMOND ENGAGEMENT RINGS

All orders require a 30% non-refundable deposit.

Orders will be held no more than 30 days after completion. After 30 days, the order will be restocked and your deposit will be forfeited.

Natural engagement rings returned within 30 days of receiving are subject to a 50% restocking fee. After this period natural engagement rings will be subject to fair market value.

Natural Diamond Engagement rings are eligible for an upgrade. Details of our upgrade program can be found below.

LAB DIAMOND ENGAGEMENT RINGS

All orders require a 30% non-refundable deposit.

Orders will be held no more than 30 days after completion. After 30 days, the order will be restocked and your deposit will be forfeited.

Lab diamond engagement rings may be returned within 30 days of purchase, with a 50% restocking fee and store credit only.

No returns on lab diamonds are accepted after 30 days.

ENGAGEMENT RING UPGRADE PROGRAM

Interested in upgrading your center stone? Natural Diamond Engagement Rings purchased from Happy Jewelers are eligible for our Engagement Ring Upgrade Program.

The new diamond must be twice the amount of your original diamond in order to qualify. You will receive 100% credit of the original diamond's price towards the purchase of a new diamond.

  • Any damage to the original diamond may disqualify it from our upgrade program.
  • If your existing setting fits the new diamond and is in reusable condition, we will set the new diamond in the original setting.
  • If the original setting cannot be reused, you have the option to keep it or have it estimated at fair market value.
  • The original diamond grading report must be returned in reusable condition; fees may apply for any damaged or missing reports.

FINE JEWELRY (NON-CUSTOM)

Full refunds or exchanges are available for full-price fine jewelry pieces within 10 days of receiving your order.

For returns between 10 and 90 days, a 50% restocking fee applies, and store credit will be issued.

  • Sale or markdown items, including Pre-Loved Designer Jewelry, are considered final sale. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are eligible.
  • Original shipping and package protection fees are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges are not permitted for altered items including engraved items.
  • The jewelry must be returned in the same condition and working order, including all original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. 

FINE JEWELRY (CUSTOM)

All orders require a 30% non-refundable deposit.

Orders will be held no more than 30 days after completion. After 30 days, the order will be restocked and your deposit will be forfeited.

All purchases of custom jewelry, including name necklaces, engraved items, and adjusted items, are considered final sale.

WATCH RETURN/EXCHANGE

All watch orders require a 30% non-refundable deposit.

All watch sales are considered final, and no refunds will be issued.

JEWELRY RETURN/EXCHANGE

For orders placed through the website, use the online return/exchange portal.

For all other orders including repair inquiries, contact us or connect directly with your salesperson.  

·         Do not ship your item without contacting us.

·         We are not responsible for any lost or stolen incoming packages.

SALE PRICE MATCH POLICY

Happy Jewelers provides store credit for the price difference on any Happy Jewelers’ item if the item's price drops within 7 days of your purchase.

To qualify for a price match, the request must be submitted while the sale is active.

If your original order was placed with a discount, no further discounts will be applicable.
